Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium der Architektur
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Generalplanung für Industrie- und Gewerbeprojekte
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in AutoCad / Revit und 3D-Modellierung
- Systematische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres und fachlich einwandfreies Auftreten gegenüber allen Projektbeteiligten
- Stark ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Koordination von internen und externen Projektmitarbeitern
- Team-, Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Stark ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Schnelle Erfassung, Strukturierung und Umsetzung komplexer Projektanforderungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HOAI sowie der einschlägigen Baunormen und der allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Bautechnik
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem MS Excel, sowie mit MS Project
