Projektingenieur für Projektsteuerung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst komplexe Projekte nach AHO Heft Nr. 9 und 19 in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter, wie z. B. technische, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Beratung sowie Unterstützung unserer Kunden
- Du koordinierst und stimmst die Bau- und Planungsbeteiligten ab
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität sicher, sowohl in der internen als auch der externen Projektsicht
- Du sicherst, nimmst ab und überwachst das Qualitätsmanagement
- Du steuerst und wickelst Verträge von Planern, ausführenden Firmen und Nachunternehmern ab
- Du führst die Projektdokumentation und erstellst Statusberichte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen/Architektur oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Honorarordnung (HOAI, AHO, VOB) und hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest selbständig und zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du bist kooperations- und kommunikationsfähig und hast fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektsteuerungssoftware (z. B. Microsoft Project) und in allen Office Produkten
- Du bist reisebereit
