Projektleiter für Bauprojektsteuerung (m/w/d)
Du bist für die Sicherung, Abnahme und Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagements verantwortlich und steuerst dein Projektsteuerungs-Team sowie die Bau- und Planungsbeteiligten. Auch die Vertragsabwicklung mit den Planern, ausführenden Firmen und Nachunternehmern gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen in technischen, wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Du steuerst komplexe Projekte nach AHO Heft Nr. 9 und 19
- Du koordinierst und stimmst die Bau- und Planungsbeteiligten ab
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität sicher, sowohl intern als auch extern
- Du sicherst, nimmst ab und überwachst das Qualitätsmanagement
- Du steuerst und wickelst Verträge mit Planer:innen, ausführenden Firmen und Nachunternehmer:innen ab
- Du führst die Projektdokumentation und erstellst Statusberichte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Bautechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang im Bau
- Du bringst 5 bis 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Honorarordnung (HOAI, AHO, VOB)
- Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest selbstständig und zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du bist kooperations- und kommunikationsfähig
- Du hast fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektsteuerungssoftware, z. B. Microsoft Project
- Du bist reisebereit
